Sicilian pistachio pesto - 120G

The Profile: A luxurious departure from the classic Pesto alla Genovese. We’ve traded pine nuts for the earthy, slightly sweet crunch of Toasted Italian Pistachios, and used the richness of aged Spanish Manchego to create a deeper, more savory profile.

The Experience: The first note is the aromatic, peppery hit of Fresh Basil, followed by the creamy, complex "fat" of the pistachios. The Manchego adds a subtle saltiness and a velvety finish that coats the palate differently than traditional hard cheeses.

Pairing Notes: Toss with Gnocchi, spread over a toasted Focaccia, or serve as a base for a delicate white fish like Seabass.
