Welcome to Gazelle. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. GENERAL TERMS

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. PRODUCT QUALITY & COMPLIANCE

  • HACCP Certification: Gazelle is committed to the highest standards of food safety. Our production facility is HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) certified, ensuring rigorous monitoring of every stage of production.

  • UAE Regulatory Compliance: Gazelle fully complies with all UAE Municipality regulations and the UAE Food Code. Our facility, staff, and processes meet all local mandates for hygiene and food safety.

3. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • Edible Items: For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, all edible items (including chocolates and food products) are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. Once an edible item has left our facility, the sale is final.

  • Non-Edible Items: Items such as bags or accessories may be returned within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Damages: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If a product is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

4. ALLERGENS & CONSUMPTION

While Gazelle adheres to strict safety protocols, our products are processed in a facility that handles nuts, dairy, soy, and gluten. Ingredient lists are provided for all products. Gazelle is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed personal allergies.

5. SHIPPING & PERISHABILITY

Chocolate is sensitive to temperature. While Gazelle uses appropriate packaging for the UAE climate, we are not responsible for items that melt due to incorrect storage by the customer or failed delivery attempts where the package is left unattended.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including the Gazelle name, logo, designs, and imagery, is the exclusive property of Gazelle. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFO

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Gazelle shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products, except as required by UAE law.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates
