THE STORY

The 72-Hour Freshness Guarantee
1. Why is the shelf life only 3 days? To maintain our "Rare & Refined" standards, we use zero artificial preservatives, stabilizers, or high-sugar cures. Our whipped butters, patisseries, and jars are live, fresh compositions intended to be experienced at their absolute peak of flavor and texture.
2. Does the 3-day limit apply to the Whipped Butters? Yes. Because our butters are aerated and hand-folded with fresh botanicals (like shatta, truffle, and miso), the delicate fats and aromatics are best within 72 hours of arrival.
3. How should I store my items during these 3 days?
  • Butters & Labneh: Must be kept refrigerated at all times.
  • Patisseries: Keep in a cool, dry place; do not refrigerate as it softens the pastry.
  • Chocolates: Keep in a cool, dark space (18°C) away from sunlight.
4. Can I consume the jars after the third day? While the items remain safe, the "Sensory Profile" begins to shift after 72 hours. The vibrant colors of the preserves may dull, and the whipped aeration of the butter will begin to settle.
5. What about the Whipped Butter Gift Set? The "Butter Quartet" is prepared to order. We recommend scheduling your delivery for the day you intend to serve or gift it to ensure your guests experience the full 3-day window.
6. Are the crackers also subject to the 3-day rule? Our artisanal crackers are the only exception; they remain crisp for up to 7 days if kept in their airtight packaging. However, for the best pairing experience, we recommend enjoying them alongside the fresh butter within the first 3 days.
7. Why is the Labneh shelf life so short? Our Labneh is triple-strained and lightly salted without heavy acidic preservatives. To enjoy the velvety, cream-like finish we are known for, it must be consumed fresh.
8. Does the chocolate lose flavor after 3 days? Our hand-painted bonbons use fresh ganache infusions. After 72 hours, the moisture levels change, which can affect the "snap" of the chocolate shell and the silkiness of the center.
9. Can I freeze the products to extend the life? We strictly advise against freezing. Freezing destroys the "Whipped" architecture of the butter and ruins the delicate layers of our patisseries.
10. How do I know when my 3 days are up? Each item is labeled with a "Crafted On" date. Your 72-hour window begins from that timestamp.
