The Profile: An explosion of earthy, fungal richness. We take buttery, firm Green Spanish Olives and marinate them in a dual-infusion of Pure Black Truffle Paste and Cold-Pressed Spanish Olive Oil.
The Experience: This is a "high-aroma" preserve. The first sensation is the heady, musky scent of Black Winter Truffle, followed by the salty, lactic tang of the olive. The inclusion of the paste ensures that tiny "caviar-like" flecks of real truffle cling to every olive, providing a gritty, luxurious texture that oil alone cannot achieve.
